TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation

  • Reservation must be made at least 1 (One) months prior to travel.
  • The reservation made is NOT transferable unless other wise stated by email.
  • If you have any changes to your reservation please inform BaliConnection as early as possible by email. Please note that any acceptance of any changes is subject to availability and will be confirmed by email.
  • Down payment required for all confirmed reservations.

 
To cancel or amend the reservation

Cancellation penalty will be applied based on our cancellation policy as below:
 

  • 25% cancellation fee will applied for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the travel date.
  • 50% cancellation fee will applied for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the travel date.

Payment

  • All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by down payment.
  • Down payment is 50%, by Bank transfer  or PayPal, and 50% final settlement on 15 days upon arrival.
  • Bank charges paid by client.
  • All rates are INCLUDING tax and service charges, and are quoted in US Dollars.
  • Payment in local currency (IDR) will be converted according to the current rate as of the billing date.

Arrival & Departure

  • All travel will be governed by the terms and conditions of air/land/sea transportation.
  • Upon arrival our representative will be waiting at airport’s arrival hall.
  • Departure transfer : all information regarding the departure transfer will be confirmed one day before departure.

Others

  • Villa’s / hotel’s rooms may  vary in style and size from one to another.
  • Single room means 1 room with 1 King/Queen bed or 1 to 2 single beds valid for 1    person only.
  • Double room means 1 room with 1 King/Queen bed valid for 2 persons.
  • Twin room means 1 room with 2 single beds valid for 2 persons.
  • BaliConnection neither imply nor assume liability for other operators we may book through.
  • By making reservation with BaliConnection you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated above.
