- RESERVATION; CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION :
- Reservation must be made at least 2 (Two) months prior to travel
- The reservation made is NOT transferable unless other wise stated
- If you have any changes to your reservation please inform us as early as possible by email. Please note that any acceptance of any changes is subject to availability and will be confirmed
- Down payment is required for confirmed reservations
- Correspondence will use emails
- PAYMENT :
- Full payment in advance is required.
- Bank charges paid by client.
- All rates/prices are INCLUDING Tax and service charges, quoted in US Dollars
- Payment in local currency (IDR) will be converted according to the billing date
To cancel or amend the reservation:
Cancellation penalty will be applied as below:
- Cancellation fee 25% of total cost will applied if within 45 days prior to the travel date
- Cancellation fee 50% of total cost will applied if within 30 days prior to the travel date
- Cancellation fee 100% of total cost will applied if within 15 days prior to the travel date
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE :
- All travel will be governed by the terms and conditions of air/land/sea transportation policies
